The HVS Mitral Tricuspid Valve Database is intended to provide a unique database for health care organizations and institutions that take care of patients with mitral and tricuspid valve disease who undergo surgical or transcatheter interventions. Participation in the HVS Mitral Tricuspid Valve Database is voluntary, and all health care institutions and organizations choosing to participate are required to sign a Joint Data Registry Agreement. To propose a project, health care institutions and organizations must fill out and submit a Project Application Form for approval by the Scientific Committee.

The HVS Mitral Tricuspid Valve Database is not intended to replace medical advice and treatment. It is a resource for research, education and information sharing among the participants.
